Potential spoilers for Gakkou Gurashi.
My favourite character in Gakkou Gurashi just had four or five mental breakdowns in the last eight or so chapters. She tries to act calm but she's very mentally fragile, as the wiki put it.
But then again, given the events that occurred in those chapters, and her situation in general, I can see why...

If she was going to die, it probably wouldn't be because of a mental breakdown.
It would probably be caused by the horror element in this series.
