Okay. So let me get this straight. My brother's bedroom is constantly completely trashed. He never, ever keeps it clean. And Mom never, ever says a word to him about it. But I don't have enough time before we go shopping today to put away all my laundry, so I put it in my clothes hamper so that it doesn't get peed on
because any time I leave clothes in my room, the cats come and pee on it, don't ask me whyand when we get home, Mom is railing on me for being sloppy and lazy and not caring about being clean at all. And I tried to explain to her why I had clean clothes in the clothes hamper and she yelled at me for talking back. I mean, what in the world? Does my brother somehow deserve special treatment because he's a "legal" adult? I'm at least respectful to my parents on the outsideOn the inside I am screaming my lungs out at them. My brother doesn't even try to be respectful. I honestly don't get it.
I'm probably just grumpy because we were shopping for a long time, but still... -
