I think Bloom looks more like a cartoon character, but I think it's 50/60% influenced by the anime and Japanese art culture. No, like it looks like it was definitely influenced by anime because of the aesthetically big eyes and the sharp facial structures and the magical girl concept. -

Yeah, Winx Club is cartoon. Although it does look anime-ish due to the eyes, similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender.
