Literally though. In the Dangan Ronpa universe, how would they become famous? What would make them popular as an Animal Enthusiast?

Maybe they save some animals that important people have and they were recognized as a friendly animal lover.

I agree with dark. Have the character do something for a already famous character (like a king or some mess). That is easiest way I can think of. You could also just look up stories of famous animal enthusiasts and see how they got their fame. XP
