Libra in the plot is supposedly the most powerful out of the dream catchers, right up before Aquarius with her air and water strengths. The other dream catcher zodiacs went on a journey to find both and to take them out of their cast-away spell. Although, her stoic and exquisite battle skills led her to her fate, which meant if a dream catcher zodiac has broken the Commandments of Astrology or has done any dystopian s--- then they're casted away into a private illusion atmosphere where they are no longer in the astronomical orbit of the zodiacs. She was imbedded in the stone version of this:
