Then, I suppose that the moderators with the worn out markers should NOT try to use their moderation powers as only it will continue to be more limited and make the time expansion much more longer. I never knew moderators had this sort of burden in the system. I think it's up to the other moderators that have not fully used their marker powers yet, which they should use Carri's as what Selena has suggested. It's inactive, and it should work.
