I'm looking into disorders for Akio, because I figured I'd have to read through them all before I say he doesn't have any. However, I'm unsure if any of these would fit.
1. Kleptomania (the inability to refrain from the urge to steal items and is done for reasons other than personal use or financial gain)
I thought about this being a fitting disorder because he started feeling the urge to "steal" eyes, but I'm weary on the idea because as I read through it might not work for that? I'm unsure. I mean, Akio doesn't use the eyes, but you could say it's for 'personal use' and it's not really stealing an item so much as a body part.. I still feel like it might be usable, just not sure. Opinions on this would be fantastic.
2. Sadistic personality disorder (Sadism involves gaining pleasure from seeing others undergo discomfort or pain, pretty much just means you have a sadistic personality)
I was thinking about this being a thing that occurs after he dies, but I'm unsure bc I wanted Akio to actually be caring. Caring, but unable to stop what he does because his urges are stronger than his old self's pleading. I feel like a bipolar disorder might fit him more than this, not positive?? NEED MORE OPINIONS
3. Bipolar disorder (Like uncontrollable mood swings)

I'm tempted to say he doesn't have any. I mean, sure, he's crazy in a sense but that doesn't mean he has to have a disorder, does it? -
