I've watched some scenes and I know the songs but I have yet to actually get to watch the whole thing. I've been meaning to search for a link online.

It takes place in the not-so-distant future where millions are dying of organ failures and diseases. One man starts a company called Geneco to offer transplants for broken down payments, like paying off a house or vehicle, instead of expensive surgery. But if you miss a payment, the Repo Man comes and repossesses those organs.
The story of the movie itself goes much deeper than that though, and it's an 'opera'. From the same producers as Saw III and a lot of the music is composed by X Japan's Yoshiki. -
