All my siblings were c-sections except my brother (technically half-brother). My poor mother D: lol -
What are c sections?

Umm, it's when something goes wrong with a pregnancy. So much so that they have to take the baby out through surgery, rather than the normal way.

My mother's mother had over a dozen siblings, so that meant over a dozen childbirths.
