Ah! I get it now.
So maybe we should say something like, "Today is a beautiful day, matching with a blue sky and the sun's rays" in the beginning but when she sees him she's all like, "A dark shadow fills my thoughts, he's captured my heart but ties my mind in knots"? -
OMG YES YES
And then the vision starts matching her feelings and it all turns disturbing and deranged and everybody is laughing at her and she starts having extreme paranoia. She eventually faints and wakes up with the same happy vision she had before and the song goes back to the beginnings enthusiastic, upbeat melody but with the faint beats from the twisted chorus but not vivid too much. -
And then how to we eventually inch into the second girl killing both of them? Do we switch point of views?

It's best to switch point of views. When she wakes up from being unconscious it eventually flips to guys side of view, and the song eventually changes into this very bold, bright tune but sounds a bit monarchful like the guy thinks he's delightful and such the wonders to women's hearts and so arrogant to the point he thinks he's a prince or a handsome king. Eventually, the twisted tune creeps up and haunts the new tune, like it's telling him what he's doing wrong and that he's choosing the wrong people. The girl gets a feeling that he knows something and so both the bold and bright tune and the twisted tune/beat harmonize together in unison as they both know what's up. He eventually confronts her and the song goes into super soft and sweet mode, almost legato with piano, smooth and connected and not very loud.
The song fades a bit, and then one of the girls that he has been flirting with and surprisingly had been dating knows something is up. She askes the guy what's been going on and he refuses to tell, which they end up in a fight, the tune in the background is with the same piano volume, but it sounds very sad. The fight gets so bad that the girl that likes the guy walks in and sees the girl crying hard, and she looks up at both of them. The girl that he was flirting with starts getting a bit crazy and the soft and sad music fades into the twisted one. It gets so loud and forceful, with creepy repetition. She yells at both of them and the scene transforms them into a black, blank screen. There's a long rest in the interval of it and it shows the girl getting ready for a date and the guy geting ready and the rest ends and plays a faint twisted beat and the screen goes black and shows them both in a tub full of "paint", and on the wall said "Yours Truly" and the girl from before it there, with paint on her fingers as she wrote the said "Yours Truly" on the wall, and ends with a happy musical note.
