I've lucid dreamt a couple times. As soon as you realize that you're dreaming, you have to quickly calm down, so you don't wake yourself up. -

I once was jumping from table to table and then I slipped and fell and woke up.
Yeah, you kinda have to be fast. Like in the same second you realize you're awake you have to think "okay, stay calm". -

One of the best dreams I ever had was when I was driving in a car on a road trip with the guy I really like. -

See, in real life we never got the chance to get to know each other. In that dream we talked a TON and laughed and it was wonderful. Basically that, then it ended.
