the closest I've come to a phase like this was my recent depressed phase where I kept asking why I had to exist and I had no point no reason to live so, yeeeeahhh...

I can't say anything else or else you will never get past this, you will need to realize some things on your own without others for guidance. And well, right now this is one of those things.
