I was cleaning them out with cutips and when I pulled the thing out of my right ear, it felt numb and I couldn't hear out of it. Now it feels clogged up.

Yeah I learned a while ago not to do that :/ one time when i did that i could hear a whispering noise in my ear, it was scary. Only clean them gently if it's necessary and don't go too far

If you go to far you can block your ear.
