( I found two possible answers one is semi obvious and one is obvious but that's why it's hard to guess) -
Steampunk Neko- Well I've reasearched that out and to some people they may think of it as gruesome, but there are still people today that eat long pig (human flesh). So my opinoin on this is, as long as they keep it confined to there own people I'm good.

Alright thanks jinx though my friend camp up with the idea that we were told the answer and that it was " there is no answer " ( or whatever it wants the hatter said )
And while it didn't make sense it fitted the hatter but we will never know and the other answer was because they are both inky
