I'm not that much of an otaku, but I still enjoy Anime and Japanese culture.

Some kids at my school are borderline weaboos. A mixture of Hipsters and Weaboos, and a bit of Otakus. They have the complete look, with the Hot Topic shirts, the black jeans, the Vans or Converse, some accessories that are from a fanbase or series, and talk about Anime like there's an Anime god. This one girl said "Anime is life." I get it, that's one of your joys in life but there's much more than anime and such. It's a great culture, but it isn't life. Life isn't a cartoon, pretty sure we've got thick skin, blood, and a soul.
