  Hey Ann, I'm really really so glad you're trying to ward off all the negativity from your life! You were one of the first friends I had on here, and one of the best! Really, the change is necessary. Spending time with your family, and doing some constructive work will really help you to stop thinking about cutting and depression. Just concentrate on all the good things in life and I'm sure you're going to rise and shine! Way to go, Ann!
