That isn't healthy. I really need to eat more, but I just don't feel like it. When I try to eat, I start shaking. I ate dinner but I feel like throwing up.

Talk to one of your parents about it.
Or find a kind of(healthy, nutritional) meal or food that doesn't make you feel too bad. Chicken pot pie? Soup? Frozen dinners? -
I'd rather not. My dad would freak out and my mom wouldn't give two s---s.

I'm sure your dad cares about you compared to your mom, so maybe calmly tell him that this is a small issue that you dislike, and would like to get it out of the way. Then maybe disscus with him what type of foods make you feel ok, and what foods might.
