best thing to do in my experience is to either try to talk to them about it, or juststop being their friend. a real friend won't ignore you. at. all -

that whole thing was damn near illegible my whole no caps no punctuation thing is getting out of hand -
at least you've made it that long, and I know how you feel, I've said that kind of things in songs I've written so many times. I've been there, and come out of it. it's only a tunnel and once you get to the other side, well, it just won't be like that anymore.
