if you dislike them enough to do the things iv listed, then you don't care if it gets them to like you or not. its cold hard revenge at its purist. if you cant bring yourself to do them though, it shows you still care for him and should take a more gentle approach.

Just be yourself and act like she doesn't exist. Eventually, because she tries to hard, the boy you like will drift from her and, if you play your cards right, into your arms.

No what I mean here is-
Blackmailing or injurying someone over a guy is a stupid approach. If people hear about it they'll think lesser of you and so will he. Be mature about it and just try talking to the guy more and getting to know him better than the other person. He might warm up to you, or he may not. Playing dirty isn't a good way how to do things because chances are they'll back fire. Whether it's you getting in severe trouble and facing the consequences of your actions, or him hearing about it and losing respect for you. Because then he'll think you're an obsessive psychopath. -

I guess Shido is right, injuring someone or blackmailing them isn't the first way you should look around it. It's just the everyday anger though, sometimes we want to be able to do that stuff and succeed in our plans, even if we know it isn't the right thing to do.

It's never the first thing around anything. Mostly stupid people act on violence first. Be level headed and talk it out. And if you don't talk it out then just ignore them.
Never injure or black mail person cause that'll just make you a s---ty person and other people will see you as that way.
