1. Perfectly legit.

2. Technically, for the majority of your life, you are ALWAYS touching NOTHING, due to the atomic magnetic fields your atoms give off. I don't even believe your whole body is one piece, but rather billions (trillions?) of tiny, tiny, tiny-ass pieces.

3. Define what 'comfortable' means in that sentence.
