Don't make them too big. When you make boobs on your character too big to the point where they pop out from the drawing, then that's going too far. But don't make them too small to the point where she looks like a boy. I have some references.

They should look about that size if this girl is teenager-aged.

I don't see anything wrong with it other than the fact that her arm looks a little bit too thin. But otherwise, I like it alot.
