I just checked wikipedia, looked at some trailer posters, watched the trailer again for about 5 times, and I thought Tony created Ultron to destroy the world but he created Ultron to bring peace. I thought Tony with to the dark side for a quick second.

I remember an animated movie where Ultron killed all of the avengers, save for Tony and Hulk. Honestly, I just thought that was a this-movie-exclusive kinda thing, but apparently nah.
