SG: only to those untrained and inexperienced at lying. I'm with Em on this, everyone lies. Even white lies or false compliments and humility

I sometimes lie, but under extreme circumstances, I can't help but be truthful. I know the truth hurts, but lying is far worse. It makes my self-guilt grow more. So, don't say untrained and inexperienced. It sounds like calling somebody a goody two shoes. :/
Apologies for sounding mean, but, I had to prove my point somehow.
