Hm. Ive heard from another friend who got panick attacks that they didnt like the lights off either. Maybe its a thing.
You should get that looked at anyway. -

They can check for this kind of stuff? -
They can check for a lot of things. Usually when something physiological goes wrong theres a biochemical imbalance behind it. If theres not, im sure just listening to your symptoms a trained medical worker would have a better idea then the internet at large xD..so yeah, you should get it looked at.
And oh I see..yeah it would make sense to be in a little darkness really.... maybe you didnt actually get a panic attack, maybe your just wired xD -

Alright, I shall tell my mother tomorrow, but I highly doubt that she will take me to a doctor. Half of that reason is probably because we don't have a doctor yet because we moved about a month ago. The other half is that she might think I'm exaggerating or think it's just heartburn or something.
Probably XD. But I like the light more. -
Hopefully it was just an odd combination of something you ate and too much energy : p panic attacks suck once they start rolling.
