I am afraid of gnats (for some stupid reason and they are all over my room since I left food in there. I am in it now. I want to know what I can do to NOT BE AFRAID OF THEM because they are pretty much all over our apartment. I am also afraid of flies. I know it's really stupid but I can't help it and I need help right now!!

I don't know how you can not be afraid of something, but just like... IDK spray them with an infectant or something, see if that get's them to go away for the moment.

Put some fruit in a bowl, cover it with ceran wrap, poke some small holes in it, and wait
