  I told my mom almost a year ago that there was something wrong with one of my molars, and finally, when I went to see my new dentist, he noticed it.

  And it will be the f---ing last one.
  
  It's also gotten f---ing bigger because she didn't listen to me when I told her five hundred times, but now my dentist can fix it.
