Hm. Well, Blue is of course a ghost, so she has blue-ish clear skin with stars in them. Her hair is a blue bobcut with purple highlights, and her eyes are shiny and light blue. She wears a baby blue strapless sun dress with a darker blue bow tied in the back and a blue ribbon belt around the waist. The dress has a purple flower pattern. She also wears sparkly blue flats with light blue flowers at the base of the heel or wherever the toes go, right above that.
