But yeah my neck still freaking hurts and I have to go get shots because the hospital is full of a--holes and I have to go to the Health Department for them.

That is understandable. How does it hurt? Is it sore, or does it ache?

It's sore and it aches every time I move my head to the left. I think me laying straight on my back last night wasn't good for me.

That may be the cause, but now you know not to do that again. ^^

True...I've tries streching my neck out, putting heat on it and even icing it. None of those really helped except the heat, but it only numbed the pain.
