Friendly reminder that my word is not final, there's always room for deviation and experimentation because that's the best way to learn.
oh gosh colouring is such a broad subject I could talk for literally hours on this I study way way way too f---ing much /stereotypically asian/
When it comes to general colouring my best advice for you is to read up on colour theory if your problem is picking colours, if it's colouring in general, slow down and make sure you're covering everything before you head onto shading. Shading is fairly simple if you understand how light hits and reflects, I don't really know how to explain that.
For colour theory, It's good to read up on the Basics but if you're feeling spontaneous you can drop into Analogous, Complimentary (the easiest and the one I use the utterly most because I'm lazy and very very dumb),Triadic, Square Tetrad, Rectangular Tetrad. I find that these are fairly comprehensive tutorials on the subject.
For tutorials on the fancy brushin' it up part, you can find a frickton anywhere on the internet but if you're too lazy to look you can browse through my insane amount of saved crap

Anatomy is best learned with your eyes.
Look at everyone and the way they move. Stand in front of a mirror and flex, watch the way your arms move, and look at the way they look
Try to break it down into smaller easier bits and find little shortcuts here and there that help you remember
look at body study tutorials like
moni is fantastic for this stuff
this one breaks down ways to put together the body
use references if you don't know, and sooner or later you'll figure it out. That's kind of how I did it
idk i'm a sucky teacher okay
