the forehead is mildly more extended than it should be, and could be easily fixed. It's a fairly common mistake and I wouldn't feel bad about making it, just keep in mind for next time is fine.
They do not expect more than you can churn out, AP, they are only pointing out an obvious flaw (albeit some are being kinder than others) -

no, other than the forehead (id probably make the same mistake) its a great drawing!
