Lack of inspiration? Discouragement?

A bit of both. I've found that it's difficult for me to draw anything without staring down a model of some sort.. Something to rip off, I guess, but not exactly. And everything I try.. It just doesn't appeal to me.

Looking at a model is called using reference =B
A s--- ton of artist use them.
Carri, Dragon, Vege, and I use them -
Don't give up. Sometimes every artist, whether it's singing, writing, dancing, or drawing, has some kind of wall blocking them. You have to go outside the box and push yourself to try new things. And don't be afraid to mess up, it's a sign of improvement and growing knowledge and experience.

You'll grow out of it =/ reference helps you remember s--- and it's good practice. Trust me.
