Thread Topic: Plum juice burns...
-
I have a small split on my lip (chapped so bad) and I'm eating a plum. But the juice hurts me.. ;~;
Why, plum? Why!? You are so yummy! -
Atleast you can relax and eat a plum.
-
Hardly. Cuts on the lips are the worst. And ones in between fingers.
-
Yup, because the juice in the plum is acidic so it burns the cut. I have experienced that.
-
I think anything besides water hurts on cuts. D:
-
My gum's inflamed. Stupid root canal...
-
All the acids.
Milk is good. It doesn't burn. :3
Root canal? My brother had to get one once. But he's a trooper when it comes to the dentist. -
Oh. o: Maybe it is only acids, then.
-
Yeah. One of my upper teeth chipped off when I was eating fish. The gist is, that I wasn't in excruciating pain when I got my root canal. At the dentist, I do not enjoy opening my mouth really wide.
-
I broke my top two teeth, right in the middle.
My cousin accidentally headbutt my brother in the mouth, hit one of his teeth. -
Ouch. Must hurt. But then again, I haven't experienced that. Never eaten a plum. What's it taste like?
-
Oh my goodness. Did you and him get them fixed?
-
Plums are sweet but not super sweet.
Yes, we did. Our parents wouldn't us walk around like that. My nerves would've been all exposed. My teeth are sensitive already. -
I have sensitive gums, too. It sucks though.
-
Yeah. acids bad for cuts. Water nuetral. Milk is a base. Bases don't matter.
