Okay so usually I've been having this bleeding thing in my underwear, and usually before it I have some cramps and some few PMS symtoms. I thought it was Vaginal Spotting but it took a month or a few weeks for it to come back. .-. I am confused? Is it my period orrr?

I didn't tell my mom when this bleeding thing started because it only lasted a day. And sometimes I don't have PMS symptoms at all, then it just pops up. -
