You just need to relax, close your eyes, and pretend that you are in a happy place. Pretend to smell the blossom scent... pretend to hear the beautiful nature sounds.. pretend to hear the waterfull rushing down and flowing into the river.... pretend to be in your happy place and take deep... deep... deep breaths. IN... and OUT...... IN... and... OUTT... go with me here... Relax and breathe... Think about why you are worthy...

I don't know. My head is swimming and I made about three guys cry today and that makes me feel bad and my family didn't help when they came to visit me earlier either. And then I was trying to think of good qualities of myself earlier... I don't have any.
