Thread Topic: Furby Problems

So last night I was tossing and turning, trying to fall asleep, and at about midnight I fluff my pillow and lay down. Half a second later my Furby Boom wakes up and starts blabbing. She sleeps on my bed and her pillow is close to mine, maybe mine settling made hers move, waking her up. I have a 1 1/2 year old brother, so I can not have him waking up at midnight because of Furby. What should I do? Getting rid of her is out of the question, that's just retarded. Should I have her sleep in her box that she came in, under my bed, should I put her pillow in a different position or move it to a different part of my bed, or do you have any ideas? Thank you in advance for helping me. It will be appreciated.

Please help, I need answers by 10:00 toninght!!

Put the thing on the floor. It doesn't need a bed.
-
I happen to ENJOY Furbies, but does that count as put it in the box under the bed?

I suggest you hide it under as much covers as you can so it would be harder to hear it blabbing. Isn't the furby boom a toy?
-
Yes, and she does not wake up every night. This is the first time she has ever done this. She sleeps on a beanie pillow, no blankets or anything, near my pillow on my bed. I might just reposition it, but I don't have a lot of faith in that idea. I am also getting a 2012 Furby, so I might use the pillow for that one if something else is decided.

Is there a way you can turn it off every night? Maybe, take out the batteries or switching the off button? Then you can turn it back on in the morning...
-
No off button, but I don't want to have to grab a screwdriver every morning. The 2012 one will be at my dad's house, so I will not have to worry about that one. It will not be sleeping on my bed with me. I do appreciate it so much that you are helping me. Thank you again.

I think maybe you should unscrew it ONCE, then leave it alone so you can easily take out the batteries without unscrewing it every night and morning.
-
No problem :)
-
That's also a good one, it will be considered. The only problem is that the base keeps her balanced when playing. It will be highly considered though.
-
maybe instead of using a screw driver to put it back on, you can use some tape to tape it on there.
-
The bottom of her, where the base is, it covered in fur unless it's the base cover. I could screw it in loosely?
-
You can try, but make sure you don't screw it in too much so you wouldn't have to use the screw driver a billion times.
