You're not making a big deal of this, it's perfectly understandable that you're concerned and I think you should tell your parents.

I've been kind of having this heart prolem...
I'll get stressed out and then my heart will be beating pretty fast and it'll go really fast, then real slow, and my arms have also been hurting a little, and I almost passed out in the kitchen today making lunch because my vision went black and it's just this weird stuff that makes me feel like I'm also going to throw up.
I could hardly choke down my dinner.
but I feel like I'm making a big deal out of it and I can't bring myself to tell my parents cause they're hard to talk to -

I'll see if I can tell my doctor. She's my neighor and her son is coming over for my little bros bday party on friday.
