i wanna tell someone about the weird freak out sessions that I've been having, but I'm afraid that they wont beleive me, or they'll have to do things to me at the hospital that I don't like. -

Seriously, you should tell your parents. I'm too scared to tell mine about my panic attacks (don't even know if that's actually that they are because, ya know, too afraid to talk to anyone) but I seriously wish someone knew about it, you should tell someone you trust
