I really think he wants to get in my sister and I's pants. He touches us (shoulder, waist, neck, other sensitive places) and he jokes around with us, calls us "his sisters".
He tried to watch me change once, and he asked my sister if she had big boobs once. It was...awkward. And I'm mean to him just to get him away from me, but he doesn't go away.
And he has flirted with us and likes to stare at us in our bathing suits at the pool. He buys us stuff, gives us free rides and so do his parents.
For privacy reasons, let's just call him J. -
