Okay. This character is another one of my character. He is the brother of Scelanous (who I told you guys about), whom I had to kill off so I'm rolling with his brother now. eue
Nuclear is a muscular calico cat with one blue eye (right eye) and one purple eye (left eye). He has a birthmark under his right eye that is colored black and shaped like a star. There is also a black spider bite piercing on the left side of his bottom lip. And there is a black pawprint tattoo on his left forearm, right below the shoulder and a black wristband on his left forearm. He has a golden, small broken hoop earring on his right ear. His left ear's tip is ripped off.
