Then why the hell does he have a 1000 second post time? It takes me 5 minutes just to get it to a 100 seconds in optimal conditions.

I dunno! Maybe it was another mod. I'm fairly certain it wasn't spam, because it might've been that code thingy that I've used once or twice. Ask around. I'm sorry that he/she's being penalized, but it was probably because someone considered it to be spam. For all I know it was spam and I'm backing up a spammer. :/
