First one is the character in my profile picture, Megurine Kurzcoia Asahina. Second one is a random girl I drew because of boredom. Third one is my character MaCayla Jones in an outfit she was forced to wear. >:3

It might help to leave some white in their eyes, rather than color with skin tone over it. Also in the second one extending the vine-whip-thingy' handle might make it look like she's holding it a bit more.

The anatomy on the second one isn't really bad xD it's cartoonish. And honestly I think this is a style you should stick to and improve but you don't have to lol... But I really like it so I'm suggesting that >w>
