My eyes before had dark rings under them. Until I acutally sleeped at a decent hour.

I have chironical insomnia according to Google. :D A sleeping disorder that affects the victim, making them have nightmares and have trouble falling asleep. That's why I have rings.

Really? I had the same thing! Then it started to get better.

I fall asleep better with a nightlight or television. I have a phobia of the dark.

yeah, or like a sleep over and the lights are off and it's dark, as long as like me and my friends are sleeping on the floor I'm fine then.

Right. I have scary thoughts when I'm alone, then I'm like "NOOO DON'T DO THAT BRAIN" and focus on the tv/light for a few minutes after panicking.
