I told my friend today that I cut. I thought that she deserved to know because shes my best friend and she's been worried about me- she had a feeling that i was self harming and...
so I told her, and now she's stressing over it and I feel horrible... she's the same age as me and she shouldn't have to worry about it so much.
She told me to stop and I snapped at her telling her it's like a drug and you can't just... stop. and i feel horrible. -
