I would first of course check to see if it was real (I would look up recent crimes), then either way I would keep it as a journal. (But if it turned out to be real then I would make sure to not write any names! XP)

I'd kill any murderers, rapists, and terrorists. Then I'd kill off those I hate and have commited vile acts worthy of death. Then I'd use it to protect anyone that needed it by killing their foe.
