That depends upon your area. Look up "depression hotlines in ----". Substitute the blank for the name of the town you're in.

You think it makes me happy that I did? It didn't. Because I would cut day after day to see if it hurt. It never did... my emotional and mental pain was enough to eliminate physical...
Most people don't like to self harm. They do it to see if it hurts more than everything else... not for fun. I've never promoted it. Seriously people get really sick do to infected cuts from a dirty blade.
I complain because it's all I can do. As if I'm yelling out, but no one answers. Asking for help canbe hard too. Many feel as if they are alone. Not everyone has someone ready to listen. No one listened to me for... 14 years, 363 days, 9 hours. Then I was with Jackie. She has helped. -
