I can't get caught though, they'd take me phone and I'd get an ISS (in school suspension).

When you get an in school suspension, you have to stay seven more hours in the school.

The only thing good about it is that you get fed again. They give you cookies and talk to you about what you did wrong. :P

You'd have to go. You can't just go one day and then serve it like a detention. You get an in school suspension and seven hours is added to that school day. You don't leave. They have security.
