A couple days ago at school during The Music Man rehearsals we were practicing the song Ya Got Trouble. Everyone in the cast has a husband or boyfriend in the musical. My "boyfriend" was one of my friends. The song Ya Got Trouble is the main character, Harold Hill, telling the parents of River City what their kids could be doing when they're not around.
So my character, Ethel Toffelmier, doesn't have any kids. So while other people are hugging their children, I'm just awkwardly standing their beside my friend. So he turns to me and says that we didn't have any kids. I just laughed and said yeah. Then he's like, "but Marce might visit Ethel then nine months later."
I just laughed really awkwardly. I mean, what do you say to that? .-. -

We have a dance in our play (Shipoopi), but I found out that we didn't have to dance in it. Everyone was disappointed but I was silently celebrating. I mean, I didn't want to have to dance in it because my boyfriend in the musical sings the song so I would've been in the front and it would be really awkward.
