When you are typing something and capitalize the first letter, do you use shift or caps lock?

I use caps lock though whenever I try to type with one hand. :D

Shift. Why would I hit the caps lock button for the first letter? That would mean that I'd have to hit the caps lock button again before I typed the rest of the sentence, and that's a lot of work for me.

I guess its just a habit for me to use Caps. Crap I did it again! And again! AND AGAIN! There, not this time.

My friends use caps lock, but I use shift. Holding a button down for barely a second is not too bad.
