  This wasn't the color palette I was gonna use for that character, but I decided to join'Pokimono' with a friend and didn't feel like redrawing so I just lined the sketch I made on paper and lazily colored it to make it look like a Hypno

  She has a scar over her right eye, well two, and the anatomy sucks, but this is a headshot. if you were to do a full body she'd be wearing black pants and boots. xP
