I guess whether or not you care about me as well is a factor, but for the most part I avoid caring about people who aren't overly fond of me. Unless they're lying to gain my trust so it will hurt me more when they turn on me. In that case, I am deeply saddened and I hope you can forgive me for my transgressions against you. Anyway..
